Before you spend a single dollar on leads, you need to know what to say when someone answers the door or picks up the phone. Download the needs analysis form and your presentation script from the Product Knowledge section below. Print them. Read them out loud every day. Practice them with a partner, a mirror, a recording — whatever it takes. You need to know this material cold.
