Read it word for word to every client. In person, open it on the table and let them follow along with you — it builds trust and keeps you on track. It walks through everything: their story, their concerns, their coverage needs. When you reach the health questions page, simply collect their answers, plug them into Integrity Connect, pull up the price options, and present. That's the entire appointment.

Most questions can be answered in one of three ways — try them in this order before escalating:
Yes — you must hold an active life & health insurance license before submitting applications or earning commissions. However, you can start training, attending calls, and learning the business before your exam. Many agents complete pre-licensing study through the Equis Training Center while preparing to test.
Contracting typically completes within 24–72 hours. Individual carrier appointments can take 1–5 business days depending on the carrier. Your TFG upline will help you prioritize which carriers to get appointed with first based on your target market.
TFG operates on a 100% independent contractor model. There are no mandatory quotas or minimum production requirements. Your income is entirely based on your own activity and results. Your upline will work with you to set realistic production goals so you can grow consistently.
You are paid directly by the carriers — not through TFG. Most carriers pay commissions within 3–10 business days of a policy being issued and placed. Your Equis Agent Dashboard tracks all pending and paid commissions in real time.
Reach out to your TFG upline agent or team leader first. For carrier-specific questions, each carrier has dedicated agent support lines. Complex case questions can also be brought to the weekly Retirement Solutions Roundtable or Producer's Playbook calls.
Absolutely — and it's one of the most powerful ways to grow your income. Once contracted, you can recruit and sponsor new agents. You'll earn overrides on your team's production. The Recruiting Resources section of this hub (coming soon) will walk you through exactly how to do this effectively.
